Hello, welcome to my little corner of the interwebs. My name is Rachel. I'm 20 and kind of a nerd.

I wish there were classy nerdy comics related clothing.

curseofthefanartlords:

I know there’s about eighty million t-shirts out there, but I want something nice.

Like collard dress shirts with designs that are subtle nods to superheroes of superhero teams.

Or a vest that had stitching that was vaguely reminiscent of the chest portion of the Iron Man suit.

I WANT SOMETHING NERDY AND FANCY DAMMIT.

I think that shows with unique visions that lose their showrunners late in their runs are often much worse for it. I’m sadly sure that will be the case here. This is one of those cases where something like the thing you loved will just be a reminder of how much you miss the thing you loved.

I’ll miss Harmon’s “Community.” And I think NBC and Sony executives have no idea of the shitstorm they just created. So I’ll leave an angry Internet comment of my own: Whoever thought it would be a good idea to ditch Harmon is a business-casual potted plant. You’re VH1, “Robocop 2,” “Back to the Future 3.”

You’re Jim Belushi.

It could have been their last word to us.
When they wrote the episode, they had no idea if they were coming back for a 4th season. They didn’t know if Community would live past these credits. So what did they do? They gave a nod to us.
#Sixseasonsandamovie started as a joke, a plead from the fans. It grew. It morphed this fanbase into something TV networks had never seen before. Suddenly, NBC had more than just ratings to worry about. It had to deal with the 2+ million angry fans calling in when Community came off the air for 5 weeks.
We petitioned. We flash mobbed.  We got this show a 4th season. And were privileged enough to see this amazing, mind blowing 1 and a half hours of tv magic. The writers knew it was special, so the writers ended it with what made it special: the fans.
So just as they gave a nod to us, we give one back. We will always be the human beings, and we will never forget to hashtag #sixseasonsandamovie :)
